Overall it is a modern hotel and we liked the stay, the location was perfect to get a card to use the buses.

vault hotel was definitely the highlight of our honeymoon in ljubljana. modern design, spotless rooms, and the friendliest staff made our stay unforgettable. breakfast in bed was a bonus touch, making us feel extra pampered and relaxed.

Fairly clean hotel with quiet and marvellous location in Ljubljana right by centre of Ljubljana which is mostly pedestrian and city center and lakes/mountains.

Our whole experience was terrific, would recommend. The hotel was clean, facilities were brand-new, great location close enough to Ljubljana which is mostly pedestrian, and centre of Ljubljana which is mostly pedestrian and one-way streets. The staff was very very nice and polite, they provided a nice service.

The hotel's location proved to be advantageous for us as it was located close to public transportation which made commuting around the area very convenient. The room provided comfortable accommodations with plenty of space and a cozy bed. The bathroom was well maintained and up to date with all necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met during our stay. Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning with many delicious options to choose from.

The hotel had some issues concerning the cleanliness of the room, particularly in regards to dust not being removed properly.

We had an amazing Christmas stay with lovely complimentary treats left in our room and a cheerful festive atmosphere throughout the hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, away from the busy tourist center, but still with easy access to the city by public transport. The comfortable and spacious rooms were equipped with everything we needed and had great noise-isolation to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. To top it all off, the friendly staff provided exceptional service.

Although the breakfast was brought up to our room due to ongoing construction, we would have preferred a buffet breakfast as it would have provided more options. the cleaning could have been more thorough as we found some dust in the room.
